BubblePhil is the international brand of T Foods Co., Ltd. — a Taiwan-based bubble tea ingredient manufacturer with over 30 years of experience in the industry. T Foods operates the manufacturing facility that produces every BubblePhil product: from tapioca pearls and popping boba to flavored syrups, tea bags, and specialty toppings. When you source from BubblePhil, you are working directly with the factory behind the brand — not a trading company or intermediary. 

BubblePhil's story begins in Taiwan in the 1990s, when bubble tea was still a local phenomenon. T Foods started as a raw material supplier to large-scale beverage chains — developing deep expertise in product consistency, supply reliability, and formulation precision across high-volume commercial operations.

As bubble tea spread globally, so did our reach. Today, BubblePhil supplies importers, distributors, franchise operators, and independent shop owners across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and the Middle East — all from the same factory, under the same quality controls, with the same commitment that has defined the company for three decades.

The T Foods Manufacturing Advantage

Every BubblePhil product is manufactured at T Foods' facility in Taoyuan, Taiwan — a production environment built to international food safety standards and audited regularly by independent third-party bodies. Our in-house laboratory tests every batch of incoming raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products before shipment. Microbial counts, moisture content, allergen screening, and specification compliance are verified at each stage — not as a periodic check, but as a built-in requirement of every production run.

In addition to internal testing, we conduct regular third-party verification through SGS, and our laboratory is independently audited on an annual basis to maintain accreditation.
